After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Environmental Conservation, Collette spent time as a Conservation Officer with the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (now known as the Conservation Volunteers). Projects she was involved in included woodland management, the removal of alien species, and improving access to sites.

Fulfilling her aspirations of working abroad, Collette moved to Malta in 2013 continuing a career in the hospitality sector. There Collette gained valuable experience as a senior member of the management team and gained experience in Project Management.

After taking a keen interest in the environment of the Maltese Islands and with a desire to return to her roots, Collette joined the En-sure team in 2019 as a member of the company’s environmental monitoring and permitting team.

At En-Sure, Collette has gained experienced in environmental monitoring and advising management teams and site operatives on the best practice methods which aim to reduce the environmental impacts of their construction projects. In addition to site inspections, Collette assists in ecology and water quality monitoring, land and groundwater contamination studies and decommissioning plans. Collette also focuses on matters concerning environmental permitting, for various sectors, and assists clients on the environmental issues their company is challenged with. She loves nature and being outdoors.
