We are pleased to announce that En-Sure is now proud signatory of the Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter.

This important initiative is promoted by CORE, a non-profit organization that facilitates dialogue and collaboration between entities, organizations, and businesses in Malta, with the aim of enhancing inclusivity and diversity within the nation, aligning with what is happening in other EU member states.

Joining the Charter represents a natural step for us since we are already Equality certified. We value an inclusive work environment, where diversity and equality are not just words but daily practices. We are excited to share our best practices and learn from those of other companies and organizations.

This year, CORE is particularly focused on promoting the inclusion of people with neurodiversity and other intellectual and social challenges, offering businesses new opportunities to tap into talents that are often overlooked. The discussions on these topics during the signing event were insightful, and we look forward to implementing new strategies to better support every individual within our companies.
