En-Sure Ltd was proud to be at the forefront of environmental stewardship for the ambitious City Centre Multi-Use Development project in St George’s Bay. Commissioned by dB Projects Ltd, we delivered comprehensive environmental monitoring services, ensuring the project’s adherence to the highest environmental standards. Our responsibilities included: environmental inspections, noise and vibration monitoring, and air quality monitoring.

This major development included: a 5-star hotel with 386 rooms, 179 residences, commercial office space, a shopping mall, restaurants, and basement and surface car parking. Our team was dedicated to preparing and implementing the Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP) to guarantee the project’s compliance with all environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
