En-Sure is expanding its team!

We are currently seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Officer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Malta.

At En-Sure, we work closely with regulatory agencies, developers, and operators within the construction industry and other environmentally challenging sectors. Our mission is to provide trusted environmental monitoring services while supporting compliance with environmental management and health & safety standards.

About the Role
As a Health and Safety Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining safe and compliant workplaces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and upholding health & safety standards.

• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

• Implementing and maintaining workplace safety protocols on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Malta, MCAST, or an equivalent MQF Level 5 qualification (minimum 60 ECTS).

• Solid experience and competence in the field.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in the construction industry (considered an asset).
