IPPC permit application for pharmaceutical company

En-sure have assisted a pharmaceutical company to prepare an IPPC variation of their permit for the following variations:

 Nitrogen Outlet: New emission point for the micronisation plant.

 Ventilation for Fire Safety Cabinets: Dedicated ventilation for four fire safety cabinets storing raw materials, including relocation of some materials.

 Emergency Fire Pump Emission: Inclusion of the diesel-operated emergency fire pump’s emission point.

 RO Reject Water: Inclusion of reverse osmosis reject water as a source of effluent discharged to the sewer system.

 Storage of Raw Materials: Modified use and layout to store raw materials efficiently.

 Enhanced Monitoring: Updated to reflect new emission points and ensure compliance.

They successfully got the approval from the environmental authority.
